da ich am 15.09.2016 für 2 Monate nach Asien reise, vermiete ich mein möbliertes Zimmer in einer 2-Mann WG in der Mannheimer Innenstadt. Adresse: C8 / 18
Neben den zwei Schlafzimmern, verfügt unsere Bude noch über ein Wohnzimmer, eine vollausgestattete Küche inklusive Waschmaschine, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und auch einen großen Balkon auf dem man super Grillen kann. (Der Balkon grenzt aber am Zimmer von meinem Mitbewohner an, aber das hat noch nie ein Problem dargestellt ;)
Die Miete beträgt 310€. In diesem Preis ist alles Inklusive. (Inklusive Entertain von der Telekom)

Mein Mitbewohner / euer zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist 30 Jahre alt, Student im Fach Politik und Geschichte. Er ist ein super dufter Typ, ihr solltet daher null Probleme mit ihm bekommen :)
Mitten in der Innenstadt. Der Jungbusch ist auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Uni sind auch um die Ecke...
