In einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung welche als WG vermietet wird, stehen 2 gleichwertige Zimmer mit Balkon zur Neuvermietung. Die Zimmer haben eine Größe von ca. 22 qm, vorhanden ist ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC ist separat. Eine kleine aber funktionale Küche ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind nicht möbliert, kann auf Wunsch jedoch gestellt werden. Die Miete bei möblierten Zimmer belaufen sich auf € 400,00 pro Zimmer plus Nebenkosten.
Beide Zimmer sind derzeit noch frei und können frühestens ab dem 1.12.2017 oder spätestens ab dem 1.01.2018 vermietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist zentral in der Innenstadt von Mannheim. Fußläufig ist alles erreichbar, der Bahnhof in ca. 3 min. Einen Lebensmitteldiscounter ist direkt vor der Türe, auch die Straßenbahn ist gegenüberliegend.
Die Wohnanlage ist als Studentenwohnheim gebaut worden, mittlerweile jedoch wohnen auch NIVHT Studierende im Haus. Daher suchen wir gepflegte junge Leute die gerne mal feiern, dennoch aber ruhige Mieter sind.
Die Wohnung kann auch als Monteurs Wohnung vermietet werden. Wir bitten um Anfrage bzgl. dem Mietpreis.
