In meiner WG werden vom 1.1.2018 bis 30.4.2018 zwei Zimmer frei. Die jetzigen Mieter studieren in Mannheim an der HDBA und sind in dieser Zeit im Praxissemester. Die Wohnung ist in I6,7, 5.Stock, Altbau. Die Zimmer sind zw. 13 und 15qm groß, möbliert (Ikea) und kosten warm incl. WLAN und Kabelfernsehen 265,- bzw. 285,- Euro. Wer möchte, kann die Zimmer auch ab 1.9.2018 für jeweils 4 Monate im Wechsel mit den jetzigen Bewohnerinnen mieten. Aktuell wäre auch ein kürzerer Zeitraum möglich.
Sehr zentral gelegen, direkt am ZI Mannheim, Supermarkt, Kneipen, ÖPNV..., alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur Minuten zu Fuß zum Marktplatz bzw. in die Fußgängerzone
Das WG-Leben gestaltet jeder wie er möchte, es gibt hier keine Vorgaben oder Zwänge. Schmutziges Geschirr sollte nicht tagelang auf Zuwendung warten müssen und auch der Staubsauger ist keine moderne Skulptur in der Abstellkammer
Die Miete versteht sich incl. WLAN und Kabelfernsehen, Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine etc. können selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden
