The room is bright and clean. It is furnished with a desk, a shelf for books and shoes, and a closet. It is a 4-people shared flat. You will be sharing a big kitchen with a bathroom and a shower room. My room is located on the 1st floor. Our building is equipped with an elevator, so it is easy to move in.
The location is very good, especially for those that are going to study in Uni Mannheim. A5 library is within 5 minutes walking distance. There, you can also take bus 60 to go to the university (Universität West, Schloss, or HBF which is the train station.) Aside from the bus, tram 2 and 6 is also within the walking distance. Tram 2 and 6 can take you to Paradeplatz.
You will be living with a German girl and a Chinese girl for sure. One room is empty for now, but I will know who is coming in September. We sometimes cook Asian food together, so if you are also a foodie and still without a place to stay in Mannheim, you should consider this offer!
Feel free to contact me via WG-Gesucht. I will try to answer as fast as possible. However, as it is the student dorm, you will need to provide me with the student status and the required document to rent. Also, I moved out earlier as planned because I found an internship in another city. I speak fluent Chinese, English, and some German and very little Spanish.
