ich verlasse meine schöne Altbau-WG in den Quadraten, um mit meiner Freundin zusammenzuziehen.
Das Zimmer:
Es handelt sich um ein schönes, möbiliertes Zimmer mit 20 qm und Parkettboden. Für die Möbel (großer Schrank, Bett, Regal, Schreibtisch, Fernsehtisch und Sofa) hätte ich gerne insgesamt noch 400 €, da sie alle noch im guten Zustand sind.
It is a nice 20 sqm room with parquet floor. I will leave the furniture (big cupboard, bed, shelf, desk, TV stand and sofa) there and all together would cost 400 €, which I think is not too expensive because they are all in a good condition.
Die Lage:
Die WG befindet sich mitten in der Mannheimer Innenstadt. Der Marktplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Neckarufer, die Bahnlinien 1,2,3 und 5 sowie dei Buslinie 61 sind in 3min fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Uni, das Rheinufer und das Mannheimer Szeneviertel Jungbusch sind in 10-15 min fußläufig erreichbar.
The Flat is located right in the city center of Mannheim. In 3 min by feet you can reach the Marktplatz, shopping facilities, the riverside of Neckar, the tram lines 1,2,3,4, and 5 as well as the bus 61. For the way to the uni, the riverside of Rhine and the hotspot of Mannheim "Jungbusch" you will need 10-15 min by feet.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Marius und Nico und einfach nur total entspannt. Marius promoviert an der Mannheimer Uni und Nico ist fertig studierter Pschychologe und macht gerade noch seine Abschlussausbildung zum Therapeuten. Das WG-Leben ist komplett unkompliziert. Wenn man sich sieht wird nett gequatscht, ab und zu ein Bierchen zusammen getrunken oder auch mal Sport gemacht.
Your flatmates are Marius and Nico. Marius is working at the Uni of Mannheim and making his PhD and Nico graduated in Psychology and is making now his qualification to be a therapist. Both are really relaxed and symphatic. All is very uncomplicated.
