Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich suchen eine Nachmieter/-in für meines schönes Zimmer, es ist ab Ende Januar frei. Der Einzugsdatum könnte früher aber sollte spätestens am 1. Februar sein.
Das abzugebene Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, besitzt einen Balkon und ein Fenster. Es ist hell und verfügt über einen hölzernen Boden. Ich wurde gerne ein paar Möbel drin lassen und über die Preise können wir dann noch quatschen.
Du teilst dir die Toilette, das Badezimmer, einen Putzraum und eine große Küche (14m²) mit meinen drei super-netten und entspannten Mitbewohnern. In der Küche steht ein Ofen, eine Waschmaschine, eine Brotbackmaschine, ein Reiskocher und eine Spülmaschine.
Im Sommer haben wir sehr gerne Grillabende und chillige Nachmittage auf der Dachterasse verbracht, was wirklich toll war. Dort befindet sich auch ein kleiner Dachgarten. ;)
In der Miete sind bereits alle Nebenkosten wie Gas, heißes Wasser, Heizung, Elektrizität, Rundfunkbeitrag und WLAN enthalten.
I am looking for someone who will take over my room at the end of January, since I will move in with my best friend. The moving date can be end of January but at latest I am looking for someone willing to move the 1st of February.
It is also possible to rent the room only until December.
The room is already furnished with a bed, desk and closet so you don't have to worry taking big furniture with you.
I would like to sell most of my furniture but the price and which ones you want keep can be discussed.
The room is the biggest and prettiest one in the flat. It is 24m² big and has a great sun exposure. The room has a nice balcony with a beautiful view on the Rhein - perfect for barbecuing, chilling with friends, or just reading a book in the sun and tanning :D (it was a great scape during quarantine)
Our kitchen is furnished with pots and pans and dishes so you won't be really needing to bring anything with
But of course you can if you want :)
Die WG befinden sich am Ring ist direkt neben A5 und B6 (Unigebäude).
Zu Fuß bist du c.a. 5 min vom Schloss entfernt und 10 min bis zu Paradeplatz, eine Bushaltestelle ist in nur 5 zu erreichen und man kann mit Fahrrad zum Hauptbahnhof fahren in c.a. 8 min.
Friedrichspark ist direkt gegenüber, dort kann man joggen, Basketball/Volleyball/Fußball spielen.
The apartment is located on Parkring, the ring road of the squares. The buildings A5 and B6 are in sight, just across the street. And you can see the Rhein from the balcony
Otherwise, you need 5 minutes walk to the Castle and 10 minutes to Paradeplatz. You can get to the Main Station by bike in less than 10 min. If you prefer quiet areas just like a park: you walk 5-10 minutes to the castle park and the Rhine promenade. The Jungbusch area is also accessible within a 10 min walking distance. The apartment is also close to Friedrichspark to play volleyball, basketball or football.
Mein Zimmer nun frei! Die WG teilst du mit 2 Berufseinsteiger, nämlich Simon aus Deutschland und Marouane aus Marokko die haben Wifo studiert und machen gerne was zusammen, die 3. Person wurde mit dir zusammen einziehen und der ist Maximilian 1. Semester Politik Student
Bisher war unser WG-Leben super entspannt wir kochen manchmal zusammen, quatschen und trinken dabei ein Gläschen Wein. Wir sind also keine Zweck-WG aber wir respektieren den privaten Sphäre jeder, und da wir verschiedene Zeitpläne haben, treffen wir uns nicht täglich.
Wir haben ein Putzplan :)
It is a mixed 4 person WG. Your future roommates are already working and are from Germany, Morocco and the 3rd person is unknown since we have another available room at the Flat which means if you have someone you want to live with this the perfect chance!.
The atmosphere in the WG is quite friendly and open hearted, we hang out or chat when possible, but mostly we help each other out whenever needed.
We respect everyone's private space as we all have our own life and obligation. And we do not meet daily since we all have different schedules, you will get the impression that you are living with less than 3 people.
Kosten sind 380 € alles inklusive (WLAN, GEZ, usw.)

We got some basic cleaning rules. Everyone cleans up his mess right after and we also have a cleaning schedule
As for the payments, the rent is 380€ needs to be paid at the beginning of each month. The rent covers all the living cost (gas, electricity, Internet, and nebenkosten)
Other than that just come over and meet us in person if you think that fits what you are looking for as well ;)
