Ich suche eine/einen Zwischenmieter/in für mein schönes helles Zimmer im Herzen Mannheims. Die Zwischenmiete für drei Monate (01.Juni - 31.August) wäre ideal, aber ein kürzerer Aufenthalt wäre auch möglich. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Regale, 2 Tische, 3 Stühle) und hat eine eigene komplett ausgestattete Küche. In der WG gibt es 2 Badezimmer, daher teilst du die Dusche und WC nur mit einer Person. Das Fenster schaut in Hinterhof und deswegen ist dieses Zimmer ideal, wenn man zu Hause lernen möchte. Im Keller hast du einen großen Abstellraum nur für dich und es gibt noch einen Fahrradkeller.

I am looking for a sublet for my nice room in the centre of Mannheim. The subletting period of three months (01.June-31.August) would be ideal, but shorter terms are also possible. The room is completely furnished (bed, wardrobe, shelves, 2 tables, 3 chairs) and has a separate fully equipped kitchen. In the flat there are 2 bathrooms, so one bathroom is shared by only 2 people. The window is looking at the backyard, so that it is perfect for studying at home. In the basement you have got your own container for other things that you can lock there. There is also a basement for bicycles.
Die Wohnung liegt in der S2 - Quadrate und damit im Herzen Mannheims. Marktplatz ist in weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Universität erreicht man auch zu Fuß in ungefähr 10 Minuten. In 5 Minute ist man bei Neckar, wo man joggen oder spazieren gehen kann. Falls du abends ausgehen möchtest, ist der Jungbusch zu Fuß auch gerade einmal 10-15 min entfernt.
The flat is very centrally located. Marktplatz is in less than 1 minute away on feet. You can reach Uni in 10 min on feet also. You can walk to Neckar in 5 min and for a nightlife, Jungbusch is 10-15 min away.
Da man eine eigene Küche hat, sieht man einander nicht so oft. Aber alle Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und freundlich.
Since everyone has his/her own kitchen, the contact is limited. But all flatmates are very friendly and open.
