The rooms are between 11 and 25 sqm and each is furnished with a single bed, a desk, a desk chair and a wardrobe. The rooms can be rented indefinitely or for a limited period (at least 5 months).
The prices for the rooms are as follows:

Die Wohnung liegt in der Kirchenstraße am Rande des Jungbuschs, 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle und 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Universität bzw. den Planken. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines kürzlich renovierten Altbaus.
The apartment is located on Kirchenstrasse in Jungbusch, 2 minutes to the bus stop and 10-15 minutes on foot to the university or city center. The apartment is on the ground floor of a recently renovated old building.
Zum kommenden Wintersemester werden die sechs Zimmer der Wohnung wieder frei. Die Bewohner der WG sind zur Zeit alle Studierende der Uni Mannheim. Gemeinsam werden die voll ausgestattete Küche und die Terrasse genutzt, außerdem stehen zwei Bäder für die Bewohner zur Verfügung. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
The six rooms in the apartment will be available again for the coming winter semester. The residents of the flat share are currently national and international students of the University of Mannheim. The fully equipped kitchen and terrace are shared, and there are also two bathrooms for the residents. A washing machine is also available.
Die Nebenkosten setzten sich aus Wasser, Strom, Wärme, Hausverwaltung, Internet und GEZ zusammen und betragen momentan 80€ pro Person. Keine weiteren Kosten, die mit der Wohnung bzw. dem Haus zusammenhängen, müssen von den Bewohnern getragen werden.
The additional costs consist of water, electricity, heating, property management, Internet and GEZ and are currently € 80 per person. No other costs associated with the apartment or house have to be borne by the residents.
