Die Wohnung liegt zentral in den Quadraten in einem privaten Studentenwohnheim. Eine Straße weiter liegt das Stadtviertel Jungbusch mit vielen Bars und jungen Leuten. Es gibt eine Straßenbahn in der Nähe, generell ist aber sowieso alles fußläufig erreichbar. Man braucht 12 Minuten zu Fuß zur Uni und 5 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt.
The flat is new and located in a private student residence in a quiet courtyard in the central squares of Mannheim. There is a Tram-Station nearby but everything is in walking distance. 12 Mins to the university by foot and 5mins to the nearest supermarket. Jungbusch, which is a well-known area for pubs and students is just across the street.
Du würdest mit einem Mitbewohner (25, männlich) zusammenleben, der Student an der Universität Mannheim im Master ist. Wir teilen uns einige gemeinsame Dinge in der Küche, das kannst du aber gerne so regeln, wie es dir passt. Wir haben auch einen Staubsaugerroboter. In diesem Gebäude gibt es auch viele Studenten und junge Leute, die regelmäßig ein- und ausziehen.
You would be living together with a flatmate (25 M) , who is a student at the university of Mannheim in the Master. We share some of the common stuff in the kitchen (onions etc.) but that is eintirely up to you. We also have a robotic vacuum cleaner. There are also many students and young people in this building who keep moving in/out regularly.
