Das Zimmer ist geräumige 23 qm groß und kann voll möbliert übernommen werden.
Zur Einrichtung gehören:
- 140x200cm Bett
- Schreibtisch
- Garderobe mit 2 Kommoden
- Stoff Couch
- etc.
Es wurden vor einem Jahr neue Fenster eingebaut, wodurch der gelegentliche Lärm am Wochenende im Partieviertel ebenfalls kein Problem darstellt. Durch die hohen Decken fühlt sich das Zimmer sehr groß und offen an.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nebenstraße zur Partiemeile, wodurch man sehr mobil liegt. Man kann in wenigen Minuten den ÖPNV, gute Restaurants und Bars erreichen, ohne viel von dem Lärm auf der Hauptstraße mitzubekommen. Die Popakademie liegt ebenfalls 1min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Stadtmitte erreicht man mit dem ÖPNV innerhalb von 3min.
Die WG besteht derzeit aus mir und einem weiteren Mitbewohner. Wir studieren beide an der Uni Mannheim jedoch bin ich ab Juni mit dem Studium fertig und suche einen Nachmieter. Wir haben als Wg oft zusammen gekocht und gehen Abends oft auf einen Drink in den Jungbusch, was man vor allem im Sommer sehr genießen kann.
