Mit 23 qm und altbautypischen hohen Decken bietet das Zimmer viel Platz und hat durch die beiden Fenster den ganzen Tag über viel natürliches Licht. Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert vermietet: mit 1,40m Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrank, Teppich und Lampen - alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Schreibtischstuhl ist noch von mir, kann aber gerne gegen einen kleinen Betrag übernommen werden. Weitere Möbel können natürlich mitgebracht werden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, vier Kochplatten, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Außerdem ist ausreichend Besteck, Geschick etc. vorhanden. Eine Abschlagszahlung oder Ablösezahlung ist nicht nötig.

With 23 square metres and high ceilings typical of old buildings, the room offers plenty of space and has lots of natural light throughout the day thanks to the two windows. The room is rented fully furnished: with a 1.40m bed, desk, wardrobe, shelving, carpet and lamps - all in very good condition. The desk chair is still mine, but can be taken over for a small fee. Other furniture can of course be brought along. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, four hotplates, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also sufficient crockery, cutlery etc. available. An instalment or transfer payment is not necessary.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Mannheim Jungbusch und ist somit nur einige Minuten zu Fuß von der Mannheimer Innenstadt entfernt. Bus- und Bahnstationen können auch innerhalb von zwei Minuten erreicht werden, Außerdem befindet man sich in unmittelbarer Nähe von Bars und Restaurants. In der Wohnung bekommt man hiervon trotz der Nähe aber sehr wenig mit, da die Fenster zum Innenhof gerichtet sind. Auch an den Wochenenden ist vom Partylärm auf der Nachbarstraße daher nichts zu hören.

The flat is located in the Mannheim Jungbusch district and is therefore only a few minutes' walk from Mannheim city centre. Bus and train stations can also be reached within two minutes, and you are also in the immediate vicinity of bars and restaurants. Despite the close proximity, you won't notice much of this in the flat as the windows face the inner courtyard. Even at weekends, there is no party noise from the neighbouring street.
Ben und Dom bleiben in der Wohnung und wären damit also deine neuen Mitbewohner:
-Dom ist 26 und macht seinen PhD in Political Science an der Universität Mannheim. Er kommt aus Litauen und spricht fließend Englisch.
-Ben ist 29 und macht seinen Master in Management ebenfalls an der Universität Mannheim. Er schreibt aktuell seine Masterthesis und arbeitet parallel. Er kommt aus Macau (Chinesischer Sonderverwaltungszone in der Nähe von Hongkong) und spricht fließend Englisch und Kantonesisch.
Beide lernen auch Deutsch, aber es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn du Englisch sprechen könntest! Die beiden sind sehr offen und gesprächig, aber lassen Dir auch Freiraum, wenn Du das möchtest. Sie sind aber immer für eine gemeinsame Aktivität zu begeistern, sei es zusammen kochen, zusammen ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen oder die coole Spots in Mannheim zu zeigen :)
Wohnungsbesichtigungen können wir gerne online oder vor Ort durchführen.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

Ben and Dom are staying in the flat and would therefore be your new flatmates:
-Dom is 26 and is doing his PhD in Political Science at the University of Mannheim. He comes from Lithuania and speaks fluent English.
-Ben is 29 and is also doing his Master's in Management at the University of Mannheim. He is currently writing his Master's thesis and working in parallel. He comes from Macau (Chinese Special Administrative Region near Hong Kong) and speaks fluent English and Cantonese.
Both are also learning German, but it would be very helpful if you could speak English! They are both very open and talkative, but will also give you space if you want it. They are always up for an activity together, whether it's cooking together, going to the gym together or showing you the cool spots in Mannheim :)
