Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und voll möbliert (Kleiderschrank, Regal, Bett + Matratze, Schreibtisch + Rollcontainer, Schreibtischstuhl). Die Möbel sind ein Jahr alt und im guten Zustand, die Matratze wurde selten benutzt, da ich meine eigene Matratze benutzt hatte. Außerdem gibt es zwei Fenster, eine Heizung und ein Waschbecken. Die WG verfügt über zwei Toilettenräume, eine Dusche und eine Küche. Im Nachbarhaus gibt es einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen (Waschen kostet 1,20€). Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Fahrradkeller.
Das Studentenwohnheim liegt am Rande des Jungbuschs und direkt am Verbindungskanal, zum Neckar sind es 2 min. Popakademie und Musikpark befinden sich in direkter Nachbarschaft. Zum Penny sind es 5 min Fußweg und die Bushaltestelle (Linie 60 zum Bahnhof) ist 200m entfernt. Hinter dem Gebäude gibt es eine Grünfläche und den Steg direkt am Verbindungskanal.
Die 260€ sind Warmmiete und beinhalten alle Nebenkosten (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet).
Der Nachmieter muss Student in Mannheim mit deutscher Staatsbürgerschaft sein! (Vorgabe Studierendenwerk)
