Unsere WG befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Lagerhaus und hat Loft-Charakter. Die Wohnung ist mit 230 qm extrem geräumig, liegt im Hinterhaus und ist somit sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer hat ca 27 qm und ist in einen Innenhof raus.
Wir (61/ 57 / 54 ) sind berufstätig. Unser Zusammenleben ist friedlich und sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung an sich strahlt eine große Ruhe aus, was jedem Besucher sofort auffällt.
Es gibt ein Bad mit gehobener Ausstattung (Kacheln bis zur Decke, Badewanne und Dusche getrennt) und 2 separate Toiletten.
Der Balkon ist von der 65qm großen Wohnküche zu begehen und nach Süden raus.
Unser(e) neue(r) Mitbewohner(in) sollte auch ein eher ruhiges Zusammenleben bevorzugen und gelegentlich gute Gespräche bei Käse und Wein lieben.

Der Jungbusch ist ein Multi-Kulti Stadteil. Man fühlt sich wie im Urlaub.
