Very light room with beautiful high ceilings for rent!
The apartment is renovated two years ago, so everything is pretty modern and new.
The room is for rent from January until June 2018, exact days can be determined together depending on what would work best for you :).
The room is located in beautiful Jungbusch. The street itself is pretty quiet but the infamous Jungbuschstrasse is only one block away.
If you decide to cycle (highly recommended!) then uni is less than 10 minutes away, and central station is slightly more than 10 minutes.
Penny and Norma are like 7 minutes away.
Busstation is 50 meters away, a tram station is at 400 meters.
Although I am leaving, I can tell you a bit about how our WG functions normally. As we are all pretty busy, we do not see each other very often. However, we always make time for a few minutes of talking and getting updates on each other. Like once every month we go for dinner together :)
The room is furnished so no need to take care of anything else. The cost also include also electricity and hot water.
