Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter/Zwischenmieterin von Januar bis ca. mitte April für mein gemütliches schönes 18qm Altbauzimmer im Jungbusch.
Wir sind eine 4er Wg mit einer Mitbewohnerin 25 Jahre alt, einem Mitbewohner 27 Jahre alt und mir 31 Jahre alt und einem weiteren Mitbewohner, der gerade auszieht und für dessen Zimmer wir auch jemanden unbefristet suchen. Der eine Mitbewohner studiert Medizin und singt gerne mit seiner Gitarre, die Mitbewohnerin ist viel am werkeln und ich mache Musik und Fotografiere.
Um gut in die Wg zu passen solltest du sauber, offenherzig, ruhig, kommunikationsfähig und lärmunempfindlich sein, da die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist. Wir sind keine Party WG, mögen es gerne gemütlich und familiär und gehen respektvoll miteinander um. Wir kochen, essen und quatschen gerne miteinander und freuen uns darüber zusammenzuwohnen und respektieren auch wenn man keine lust auf gemeinsam sein hat. Jeder putzt seinen und auch mal den Dreck der anderen weg sodass es immer sauber bleibt und wir keinen Putzplan brauchen.
Wenn das zu dir passt dann schreibe bitte etwas zu dir, das wir dich ein bischen kennenlernen können.
Das Zimmer ist Möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Schrank, Couch, Regal. Ein Bett steht momentan nicht drin (ich schlafe auf einem Futon auf dem Boden), kann ich aber auch zur verfügung stellen.
I am looking for a roommate from January to ca. Mid April for my cosy old building 18qm room in Jungbush here in Mannheim. In total 4 people are living here. It is a very familial flat share. We like to cook, eat and chat with each other. Two of us like to potter around and are busy at home, the third of us is studying medicine and likes to sing and play the guitar. the fourth roomie is just moving out so we are looking for a permanent romie for the other room as well.
You should be clean, open minded, able to express yourself (how you feel and what you want) and insensitive to noise because you here everything in this house.
We like living together and respect each other and also respect if someone closes the door to be by himself/herself.
We clean after ourselves and from time to time we clean after the others to maintain a clean flat. So you shouldn't mind doing things for others- since we don't. life will pay you back anyway.

The room comes with furniture: a desk, a closet, a lovely old couch, and a rack for storage. I can organise a bed in case you don't want to sleep on a hard futon on the floor.
There is a lot going on im Jungbusch here in Mannheim: lively streets with many diferent nationalities and different languages are spoken, buzy nightlife with a lot of bars just around the corner. 3 Supermarkets within 10 min walking distance and the flat is close to the university (10min by bike). 15 min to centralstation by quick bike or by bus and tram.
