Das helle 17 qm große sonnenlichdurchflutete Zimmer hat mit seinen hohen Decken schon fast Altbaucharme und wirkt dadurch noch größer. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und bietet sogar Platz für ein ausziehbares Sofa. Durch die Lage zu Innenhof ist es sehr ruhig und man kann auch super bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.
Hier noch einige Details zum Haus/Wohnung:
- 3 Bäder
- vollausgestatte Küche mit 2 Kühlschränken, Spülmaschine, Mikro, Toaster, Wasserkocher
- abschließbarer Fahrradkeller und kameraüberwachter Hinterhof zum Rad abstellen

Über dein Zimmer kann man noch auf ein Vordach gelangen, dass wir im Sommer als Terasse und zum Grillen nutzen :)

Due to the end of my studies in Mannheim my 17qm bright room is available. The room is located to the backyard and it is very quiet, it is possible to sleep with open windows which is a huge plus during Mannheims extremly warm summers.
Some facts about the flat:
- 3 bathrooms
- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ofen, 2 fridges
- bicycle storage room and CCTV monitored backyard (bikes getting stolen here a lot!)
- each fat has its own washing machine
It is possible to get on the roof out of your room, where you can relax in the sun or start a barbecue!
Location:
The flat is located directly in the Jungbusch which is the students place to be with many bars, clubs, start-ups and cosy restaurants. You are close to the famous Jungbuschstreet but you wont hear any party noise.
There are also many supermarkets around.
To the university it is a 10 min walk or 4 min my bike. The busstop with goes directly to the Uni and to the central station is directly in front of the house.
About our flat:
Do not hesitate to move in a larger shared flat. You have the chance to directly meet 6 new friends. We are a mix of students and people who started into their jobs, so we are more quiet. But at the weekends you will definitly find someone who is up for some activities.
Die WG liegt am Anfang des Jungbusch, dass sagt eigentlich schon alles Bars, Clubs, Restaurants, Start—Ups und der Hafen sind gleich um die Ecke. Hier im coolsten Viertel Mannheims spielt sich das Nachtleben ab aber von dem Lärm bekommt man in unser WG trotzdem nichts mit.
Die Quadrate, Popakademie, Neckarwiesen und die Uni sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Bis zur Uni läuft man z.B. 10 min mit dem Rad ist man in 4 Minuten vor Ort.
Ebenfalls in nächster Nähe befinden sich Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Penny und der legendäre Jungbuschmarkt.
Verkehrstechnisch ist die WG auch super angebunden. Vor der Tür fährt die Linie 60 ab (fährt Uni, Hbf an) und ca. 150m entfernt ist die Bahstation "Rheinstr.", die Verbindungen zu allen wichtign Zielen in der Stadt bietet.
Habt keine Angst davor in eine 7-er WG zu ziehe! Mit drei Bädern sind wir gut ausgestattet und da jeder seinen individuellen Tagesablauf hat sitzt man auch nicht aufeinander rum, noch herschen bei uns Hektik oder Lärm. Nutze die Chance auf einen Schlag 6 neue Leute kennenzulernen!
Aktuell wohnen Vladimir (Ing Student), Mads aus Norwegen (Student BWL), Brenda (Köchin), Anna (duale Studentin in der Verwaltung), Christine (Studentin soziale Arbeit) und Sarah (Studentin soziale Arbeit) in der WG.
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG und du wirst immer jemanden zum quatschen oder für ein Bier im Jungbusch finden. Da wir jedoch unter der Woche durch Uni und Arbeit alle eingespannt sind und es deshalb eher etwas ruhiger zugeht bei uns würden wir das von dir auch erwarten.
Am Wochenende unternehmen wir gelegentlich etwas zusammen, es ist zwar selten, dass alle Zeit haben aber bis jetzt hat sich immer jemand gefunden. Falls jemand mal keine Zeit/Lust hat ist das natürlich alles kein Problem, bei uns läuft alles unkompliziert ab :)
Es gibt einen Putzplan und wir haben es bis jetzt so gemacht, dass wir jeden Monat Geld in eine Kasse tun von der wir Wasch-/Putzmittel, einiges für die Küche (Öl, Mehl, Zwiebeln Gewürze) und andere gemeinsame Ausgaben tätigen.
Wir würden uns über eine Nachricht mit einem kurzen Text zu dir freuen, Fragen sind natürlich auch jederzeit erlaubt.
