My room is very spacious with parquet flooring and high ceiling. It is a nice room to stay in, especially with the sun coming in in the afternoon and the sunsets in the evening. The location near the Hafen is also very nice!
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk and two wardrobes.
The flat is bright and fully furnished (with a dishwasher, a washing machine and even a bathtub).
The apartment is located in a quiet street but next to Jungbuschstraße which is nice when you want to go out in the evening (with nice bars and restaurants and animated on the weekend).
It is 5 minutes away from two tram stations, Dalbergstrasse and Rheinstrasse (line 2) and 2 minutes away from the bus station Akademiestrasse on line 60 (10 minutes to go to the Hauptbanhof). You can also rent a bike at the VRN station located in Jungbuschstrasse. But if you prefer walking, you can reach Marktplatz in 10 minutes.
There are many areas to go out in Jungbusch and to eat around (pizza, burgers, döner, vegeterian food, falafel).
I loved living in Jungbusch, and would definitely move back here if I had the opportunity to come again!
The flat is shared with two other people, on of them is Tuka. Tuka is currently doing a master degree at the Popakademie. She is interested in culture, likes to meditate and is interested in film/ acting. She is a really nice person to live with, you can spend some time together in the evening :)
Our other roomate is moving away in January, so a new roommate will arrive at this period. Obviously I can share with you some information concerning this person whow is also moving in in January :)
The collocation is calm, if you are more a party-king-of-person then maybe it wouldn't correspond to the researched roommate :)
As we have received so many answers, we would like you to already write something about yourself, like your age, interests, habits, if you have WG-experience or not, so that we can already figure out who could fit into the WG :).

The contract will end in August, 31st 2019.
You will also become the main tenant of the apartment (Hauptmieter), so you become responsible for the contract of the apartment until the end of August :)
