Biete hier von September 2020 bis inklusive Januar 2021 mein WG Zimmer in einer Wohnung im Jungbusch an.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster zum Innenhof und ist tagsüber sehr schön lichtdurchflutet.
Möbel wie Kleiderschrank, Kommoden, Bett, Schreibtisch bleiben im Zimmer.
Zudem haben wir gemeinschaftlich ein Bad, ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Fernseher und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße des Jungbuschs (Barviertel Mannheims) und in einem Hinterhof. Daher schläft man nachts super ruhig, hat es aber nicht weit zur nächsten Bar.
10min zur Uni (weniger mit Fahrrad)
10min in die Innenstadt
5min zum nächsten Supermarkt
Demnach ideal für Studenten!
Die Wohnung ist ausgelegt für eine 3er WG.
Zur Zeit wohnt Marie, eine BWL Studentin noch in der Wohnung.
