Richtig schönes Zimmer mit ca. 19-20 qm mit hohen Decken. Komplett neu renoviert mit schickem Holzboden. Schöne große Fenster Richtung Westen.
Komplett neue Einbauküche mit riesen Balkon in Richtung des schönen grünen Innenhofs, in welchem sich eine kleine Outdoor-Bar befindet. Großes modernes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Außerdem noch ein Gäste-WC.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Beilstraße mitten im Szene- und Ausgehviertel Jungbusch. Trotzdem hat man auch seine Ruhe. Alles was man braucht in direkter Gehdistanz. Zur Uni 3min mit dem Rad.
Wir sind 3 Freunde, die selbst eine WG eröffnen wollten und jetzt endlich eine richtig geile Wohnung gefunden haben. Da ein Kumpel jetzt doch nicht mitzieht, suche ich noch männliche Unterstützung. Wir haben Bock auf ein richtig geiles WG-Leben also ist es uns wichtig, dass es menschlich passt. Falls du interessiert bist, erzähl gerne was über dich, Hobbies, etc. Falls du einen Bierpong-Tisch mitbringst und gern mal ne Runde Fifa spielst, gibt das Pluspunkte.
