Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Innenstadt von Mannheim. Das Zimmer ist jedoch zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Daher ist es wirklich ruhig. Gegenüber der Straße ist ein Rewe, 5 Minuten zu Fuß nach Penny, 3 Minuten zur Linie 3, 10 Minuten zur Linie 2 und Linie 6.
Wir haben einen Putz-plan und einige einfache Hausregeln, wir wollen einige suchen, die auch bereit sind, die Umgebung sauber und komfortabel zu halten.
Waschmaschine (mit Funktion des Trocknens der Kleidung) und Geschirrspüler sind in der Küche.
Die vorhandenen Möbel müssen mit 125€ bezogen werden, inklusive Schrank, Bücherregal, Tisch und einem Stuhl (wie im Bild gezeigt). Der Preis ist verhandelbar. Ohne Bett!

Short term until the end of August is also welcome.
The room is located in the city center of Mannheim. However, the room is facing to the inner parking place. Therefore, it's really quiet. Accrross the street is a Rewe, 5 mins walking to Penny, 3mins to line 3, 10 mins to line 2 and line 6.
We have a cleaning plan and some simple house rules, we want to search some who is also willing to keep the environment clean and comfortable.
Washing machine (with function of clothes drying) and dish washer are in the kitchen.
The existing furniture has to be taken with 125€, including closet, book shelf, table, and a chair (as shown in the picture). Price is negotiable. Not including bed!
