(English Below) Das Zimmer ist ca. 25qm groß und voll ausgestattet, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Ein großes gemütliches Bett, schöne Vorhänge, ein Sofa mit schönem Tisch und Teppich, ein 40zoll-Smart TV inklusive Playstation 4 und Wii U, einen Schreibtisch mit Whiteboard, Monitor und Drucker, einen großen Schrank und sogar ein E-Piano, dass ich für 20 Euro im Monat im Zimmer stehen lassen würde. Das Zimmer hat eine riesige Fensterkombi, die schalldicht ist und ab Nachmittag schön Sonne reinlässt. Haben auch ein Kellerabteil, man kann also gerne Bilder austauschen oder kleinere Möbel tauschen.
Die komplette Wohnung ist letztes Jahr neu renoviert worden und echt mega. Ein großes Bad mit Trockner und Waschmaschine, Badewanne und Dusche. Ein kleineres Gästebad haben wir auch. Die Küche ist ebenfalls neu und von uns bestens ausgestattet inklusive Spülmaschine. Der Balkon ist einfach nur genial für den Sommer.
The room is about 25sqm and fully equipped as seen in the pictures. A big comfy bed, nice curtains, a sofa with nice table and carpet, a 40 inch Smart TV including Playstation 4 and Wii U, a desk with whiteboard, monitor and printer, a big closet and even a pretty good electric piano that I would leave in the room for 20 euros a month. The room has a huge window combo that is soundproof and lets in nice sun from the afternoon on. We also have a basement compartment, so you can gladly exchange pictures or exchange smaller furniture.
The entire apartment was newly renovated last year and is really awesome. A large bathroom with dryer and washing machine, bathtub and shower. We also have a smaller guest bathroom. The kitchen is also new and well equipped by us. The balcony is just awesome for the summer.
Wir sind wirklich mitten im Jungbusch umgeben von den besten Bars und 1min vom Wasser entfernt. Gibt keine geilere Lage in Mannheim, glaubt mir. Das Zimmer ist ruhig und man bekommt vom Trubel nachts nichts mit, wenn man nicht will. Penny ist 1min zu Fuß entfernt und der beste Kiosk ist direkt darunter. Zur Uni mit dem Fahrrad 5min
We are really in the middle of Jungbusch surrounded by the best bars and and 1min to the water. There is no better location in Mannheim, believe me. The room is quiet and you don't hear the hustle and bustle at night if you don't want to. Penny is 1min walk away and the best kiosk is right below. To the university by bike 5min
Wir haben ein richtig cooles WG-Leben zusammen. Du würdest zusammen ziehen mit Marie, Soziologie/Philosophie-Studentin im 5. Semester, Jenny, Soziologie/Psychologie Studentin, und mit Etienne, ein Jazz-Guitarist Student. Wir verstehen uns alle echt mega gut und machen viel zusammen. Es ist uns sehr wichtig, dass das auch so bleibt. Aber keine Sorge, jeder hat hier seine Privatsphäre und macht auch sein eigenes Ding. Ab und zu grillen oder kochen wir einfach gerne zusammen, trinken was, machen einen Ausflug etc. Da uns Ordnung wichtig ist haben wir auch einen wöchentlichen Putzplan. Das ganze Haus besteht ebenfalls fast nur aus Studenten und ist echt entspannt.
We have a really cool social life together. You would move in with Marie, a 5th semester sociology/philosophy student, Jenny, a sociology/psychology student, and Etienne, a jazz guitarist student. We all get along very well and do a lot together. It is very important to us that it stays that way. But don't worry, everyone has their privacy here and does their own thing. Every now and then we just like to barbecue or cook together, have a drink, go on a trip, etc. The whole house also consists almost only of students and is really relaxed.
