Das Zimmer ist von April bis 31. August 2024 frei und kann möbliet werden mit Bett, Matratze, Schrank, Kommode, Tisch und Stuhl. Schöne künstlerische Altbauwohnung mit Nostalgie. Eine alte Einbauküche ist vorhanden sowie ein altes nostalgisches Bad. Hohe Decken und in einigen Zimmern Fischgräteparkett.
Jedes Zimmer bekommt einen eigenen Mietvertrag, somit bist du unabhängig von den anderen.

In den 110€ Nebenkosten sind alle Nebenkosten inklusive Strom und Internet inbegriffen.
Die Mitbewohner sind Hanny, an der Fachhochschule für Sozialpädagogik (Erzieherinn), und die Studentinnen Annalena und Ayla. Alle sind freundlich, sauber, rücksichtsvoll und nett.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Jungbuschtraße. Entsprechend liegen Supermärkte, Restaurants, Kinos, Cafés, Kneipen, schöne Innenhöfe, Bäcker und Tankstellen mit Rewe Shop quasi direkt vor der Tür. Das Klinikum ist in circa 15 Minuten Fahrradweg zu erreichen. An der Straßenecke besteht direkt eine Busverbindung zum Hauptbahnhof, die nächste Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist 500 m entfernt. Da die Mannheimer Quadrate direkt in die Nachbarstraße beginnen, ist auch die Innenstadt, insbesondere der Marktplatz in maximal 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Universität ist in 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Eine nextbike Station befindet sich direkt am Hauseingang.
The Room can be rented until 31st August 2024. Furniture like bed, wardrobe, table and chair can be supplied. The apartment and the room looks exactly like on the photos. The roommates are three girls: Hanny, doing an apprenticeship as a children educator (Fachhochchule für Sozialpädagogik), Ayla and Annalena, both students. They are very nice, considerate and friendly.
Every room has its own contract, so you are independent from the others.
