Hallo, ich habe ein Zimmer in einer WG zu vermieten. Ich studiere an der DHBW Mannheim und bin vom 10.06.2024 bis zum 30.09.2024 in der Praxisphase in meinem Unternehmen, also nicht in Mannheim vor Ort.
Ein genauer Einzug/Auszug kann noch persönlich vereinbart werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau im Käfertal. Das von mir bezogene Zimmer ist mit mir der Erstbezug und somit in einem top Zustand.
Bei der Untervermietung wären alle Möbel, sowie Küchengeräte inklusive.
Zur Zeit wohnen noch 2 weitere Mitbewohnerinnen in der WG. Die Untervermietung ist nur für weibliche Mitbewohnerinnen möglich (vorgegeben vom Eigentümer).
Bei weiteren Fragen können Sie sich gerne bei mir melden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Käfertal in Mannheim.
Es ist eine Busverbindung vorhanden mit direkter Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür.
Außerdem sind in Nebenstraßen Parkmöglichkeiten gegeben, sodass das Abstellen des Autos kein Problem darstellen würde.
Zurzeit wohnen wir zu 3. in der Wohnung.
Uns ist es sehr wichtig einen sauberen Haushalt zu haben, sodass wir einen wöchentlichen Putzplan erstellen.
Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind beide sehr sympathisch und kommunikativ.
