Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen sanierten Jugendstil Altbau, zwei Querstraßen vom Hauptbahnhof gelegen, trotzdem ist es ruhig.
Schnelle Verkehrsanbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, aber auch mit Auto( 2 Min zur Linie 3, Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ),
schöne Umgebung und Freizeitmöglichkeiten ( Rheinpromenade, Stadtwald, Strandbad auf der Neckarau )
und viele alltägliche Geschäfte (Supermärkte, Cafe, Restaurants) machen diesen Ort sehr angenehm.

The apartment itself is located in a beautiful, renovated Art Nouveau building, two streets close to the main trainstation, but it is still quiet.
Quick transport connections by public transport, but can also be reached by car (2 minutes to line 3, proximity to the main train station), beautiful surroundings with leisure opportunities (Rhine promenade, city forest, lido on the Neckarau) and many everyday shops (supermarkets, cafes, restaurants) makes this a very pleasant place to be.
Parking is available directly in front of the house (residents' parking with permit), as well as in the immediate vicinity of the main trainstation, which has a parking garage complex and an adjacent parking lot (Lindenhofplatz).

A beautiful community where a relaxed friendly basis can develop over time.

I take the coexistence very importantly, as you share everything important (bath, kitchens);)
To date, tasks such as purchases, paintings and activities have been carried out spontaneously and in leisure. This can be cultural events, concerts, lectures, readings, sports, pub evening or other. Sometimes you just sit comfortably on a beer/wine in the kitchen when the day was long.
I find great if a nice, quiet, working roommate who knows something about Mannheim already.
Since I need a lot of time to go after my own fields of work and activity, it goes without saying that everyone can withdraw if you want to be for themselves.

It should be okay if i, Bella, 38, self-employed and work flexible hours, sometimes take dogs in for private day and holidaycare. Sometimes we just sit in the living room with a beer/wine or cook together in the kitchen. I like being at home and socializing should be important to you. Living next to each other is not my thing, so playing an entertainer. More interesting is being outside in nature, hiking or other activities together are possible from time to time. I take it for granted that everyone puts their things away in shared spaces and shows consideration.

Eine schöne Wohngemeinschaft bei der sich über die Zeit eine lockere freundschaftliche Basis entwickeln kann.

Ich nehme das Zusammenleben insofern sehr wichtig, da man ja alles wichtige (Bad,Küche) miteinander teilt ;)
Bislang hatte man Aufgaben wie Einkäufe,Putzen und Unternehmungen gerne spontan und in der Freizeit wahrgenommen. Das können kulturelle Veranstaltungen sein, Konzerte, Vorträge, Lesungen, Sport, Kneipenabend oder sonstiges. Manchmal sitzt man nur gemütlich auf ein Bier/Wein in der Küche, wenn der Tag lang war.
Ich finds toll, wenn sich ein/e nette, ruhige, berufstätige/r Mitbewohner/in,die/ der Mannheim schon etwas kennt meldet.
Da ich viel Zeit brauche, um eigenen Arbeits- und Tätigkeitsfelder nach zu gehen, ist es selbstverständlich, daß sich jeder zurück ziehen kann, wenn man für sich sein will.

Ich habe selbst keine Haustiere, man sollte aber mit Hunden gut auskommen. Ich bin Nichtraucher und es wäre schön wenn du auch Nichtraucher bist. Falls man ein Fahrrad mit bringt ist dafür Platz im Hinterhof.

I don't have any pets myself, but you should get along well with dogs. I am a non-smoker and it would be nice if you're a non-smoker as well. If you bring a bike, there is space for it in the backyard.
