Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG in Mehrfamilienhaus.
Die Küche selbst beinhaltet mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher und alles, was man im Alltagsleben benötigt. Auch eine Waschmaschine steht Ihnen zur Verfügung.
Die Dusche und die Toilette sind im separaten Raum.

Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß mit Laminatboden und ist teilmöbliert (Bett, Matratze, Regal). Es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit, weiteres Möbel (Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Nachtisch) vom vorherigen Mitbewohner zu kaufen.

The apartment is on the ground floor in a nice house.
In the kitchen, there is a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and everything else you might need. The shower and the toilet are in separate rooms.
The room for rent is 16 square meters with laminated floor and is partially furnished (bed, mattress, and shelf). There is also a possibility to buy more furniture from the previous flatmate (table, chair, night stand, wardrobe).

Zurzeit wohnen in der Wohnung zwei Leute. Ich bin Master Studentin an der Uni Mannheim. Mein Freund arbeitet als SAP Consultant. Wir kommen ursprunglich aus der Slowakei, also WG Kommunikationssprache ist Deutsch oder Englisch.
Wir beide leben in WG schon mehrere Jahren. Wir sind kommunikativ, ordentlich, und offen. Das Leben in der WG hier ist sehr entspannt, manchmal konnen wir zusammen Tee/Bier in der Küche trinken oder vielleicht was zusammen kochen.

Currently, there are 2 people living in the apartment. I am studying Master in Management at the University of Mannheim. My boyfriend works as an SAP consultant. We are both originally from Slovakia, so we are happy to speak either in English or German to you.
The life in this WG is very relaxed, sometimes we can have a tea/beer in the kitchen or maybe cook something together :) And on the weekends we can go hiking or sightseeing.
In der angegebenen Miete sind alle Nebenkosten pauschal enthalten (Strom, Internet, Rundfunk,...).
