Hey, ich studiere derzeit an der Uni Mannheim und bin Anfang kommenden Jahres für einige Monate im Rahmen meines Studiums im Ausland. Deswegen suche ich eine/n Untermieter/in für die Zwischenzeit. Mein Mitbewohner arbeitet bereits als Web Developer bei SAP und freut sich auf neue Bekanntschaften.
Das Zimmer ist in unserer sehr geräumigen Wohnung im Lindenhof und ist ca. 20qm groß. Alle Möbel bleiben in der Wohnung, sodass Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, sowie der Fernseher und weitere Möbelstücke bereits vorhanden sind. Das Bad, der Flur, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. In der Küche sind zudem alle notwendigen Utensilien, sowie ein Waschtrockner vorhanden.
Hey, I’m currently studying at the university of Mannheim and will be abroad for some months in the next year. Therefore, I’m looking for a tenant. My flat mate is already working as a web developer and is very happy to get to know new people. The room is about 20 sqm and also fully furnished. The bathroom, living room, kitchen including the washing machine and the dryer are jointly used.
Die Lage könnte eigentlich kaum besser sein. Die nächste Haltestelle der Straßenbahn ist direkt vor der Haustür und es sind lediglich 2 Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof und man ist dementsprechend super schnell an der Universität. Zudem ist man in 2 Minuten am Rhein was sich super zum joggen oder entspannen anbietet. Ein Supermarkt, eine Metzgerei sowie ein Döner Imbiss befinden sich auch direkt vor der Haustür.
The location is actually perfect. The next tram station is just across the street and you only need 5 minutes to reach the central station or the city centre. The Rhine can also be reached within 2 minutes walking. Supermarkets and restaurants are also just around the corner.
Die WG ist perfekt um Freunde einzuladen, WG Partys zu feiern oder auch mal gemütlich einen Film zu schauen. Der 1,5 Zimmer große Wohn-/ Essbereich eignet sich dafür besonders gut. In der WG befindet sich unter anderem eine PlayStation 4, eine Wii sowie eine Dartscheibe. Außerdem eignet sich die Küche auch sehr gut um mal zusammen zu kochen.
The apartment is perfect for inviting friends or hosting parties. Especially the large living room can be used for that. We are also equipped with a PlayStation 4, a Wii and a dartboard. The kitchen can also be used to cook together.

Da ich noch nicht genau weiß wann ich aus dem Ausland zurückkomme, kann es auch sein dass die Wohnung länger als Ende Juni verfügbar ist.
