Ich suche einen Nachmieter (keine Untermiete, sonder nur längerfristig) für mein Zimmer in unserer WG in Neckarstadt-Ost (Wohlgelegen). Ich übernehme das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners, der studienbedingt auszieht. Deswegen bleibe ich auch mit dir in der WG als Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist circa 13 Quadratmeter groß und sehr ruhig (zum Innenhof mit Garten) gelegen. Die Küche wurde erst kürzlich neu eingebaut und ist bestens ausgestattet. Das Bad lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr geräumig. Ein Highlight ist unser Garten in dem wir einige sehr sehr schöne Abende verbracht haben. Alles im allem einfach eine tolle Wohnung/Zimmer, die auch euch garantiert gefallen wird.
I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in our WG in Wohgelegen. Another flatmate is about to move out, and I will be moving into his room, making my room free.
The room is about 13 square metres with high ceilings and is very quiet (facing the courtyard with a garden)
The kitchen was only recently installed, and is well equipped with a dishwasher. The bathroom is also leaves nothing to be desired including a washing machine, and is quite spacious. Another highlight is our courtyard garden which is perfect for bbq's and relaxing.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Wohlgelegen. Noch im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Bäcker und ein Kiosk. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern ist ein Metzger, ein Fitnessstudio, eine Post
sowie die Eichbaumbrauerei. Zu Fuß braucht man circa 5 Minuten zur nächsten Einkaufspassage wo sich ein ALDI, Marktkauf, DM, sowie die DHBW befindet.
Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt/Uni und mit der Bahn in 15 Minuten. Innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten erreicht man gleich 2 Haltestellen von denen jeweils 2 verschiedene Linien in Richtung Innenstadt fahren (4,5,7,2).
The apartment is located in the district Wohlgelegen. In the same building there is a bakery and a kiosk. Within 100 meters is a butcher, a gym, a post office and the Eichbaum brewery. On foot you need about 5 minutes to reach the nearest shopping mall where there's an ALDI, martktkauf DM, and other small shops. By bike you are in 10 minutes in the quadrat. A couple of minutes walk is a tram strop with lines to the city centre (4,5,7,2).
Im Moment bin ich (25) aus Australien hier in der Flat und ich arbeite hier in Mannheim. Außerdem Felix (22), dualer Student an der DHBW, allerdings wird Felix nur kurz mit euch in der WG wohnen und im Oktober ausziehen, sein Raum wird auch frei. Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert.
Currently in the flat is me, an Australian guy just moved here to Mannheim for work (25), and Felix(22). Felix studies in a dual Study Program at the DHBW IMBIT and will only be in the flat for a short while longer, and then a new room mate for his room will also be found.
