Hi new friend,
I am offering a private and spacious room in a flatshare of three people. Unfortunately I have to move out because of my job. This apartment is new built and my room has two big windows which make it more beautiful and brighter to study, to work or to do fun activities. It is equipped with all modern amenities. Rewe, penny, Bio and dm all are in the vicinity of the apartment. One can reach to Mannheim HBF in 10min by taking tram which is only 5min walk from the apartment.
Currently two ladies are already living there. We all moved into the apartment at the same time.
Juline (24): She is studying Bachelor in Law and management. She is very beautiful and cooperative girl and make you feel it like a home.
Rebeka (28): she is a job-maker and a calm girl.
We used to sit together on the couch and talking for hours in the kitchen. We do fun activities. So we are looking for a extrovert person who likes to keep the apartment clean and sauber as well as make it like a home. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and cupboards etc. All facilities are there, you only need to accommodate yourself.
