Hallo,
da ich am 31.07.2022 nach Heimat zurück fliegen muss, das Zimmer ist am 1.08.2022 verfügbar.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 2en Stock eines Altbaus, der sich in der Schulstraße Mannheims befindet.
Sie ist mit allem, was man so zum Leben braucht (bspw. Wasch- und Spülmaschine, voll ausgerüsteter Küche, ...), ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon, sodass man zu jeder Zeit die Sonne genießen kann. Der Zu dem Zimmer: es ist ca. 16qm groß.
Die Wohnung passt wircklich gut für Studenten. Sie liegt im Neckarau und ist in der Nähe von Hochschule Mannheim.
In 300m befinden sich halte Stelle des Straßenbahns, ein Penny, McDonald, und Pizzeria (zu Fuss nur 5 minuten entfernt)
Die Mitbewohner kommen aus Indonesien und sehr freundlich.
Das Möbel (Bett, Kleiderschrank mit 3 Türen, Drehstuhl mit Armlehnen, Bücherregal, Schreibtisch, Schubladenelement, und Spiegel) kann insgesamt 300€ von den/die Nachmieter/-in übergenommen werden. Alle Möbel sind in sehr gute Zustand und noch ziemlich neue.
