Ich biete mein schönes möbliertes WG-Zimmer ab dem 1. September 2018 zur Übernahme an. Das Zimmer bietet u.a. ein großes Bett (1,40m), einen Schreibtisch und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank sowie sonstige Möbel (Lampe, Spiegel etc.) Die Übernahmekosten der Einrichtung im Zimmer beträgt 350 Euro.
Es handelt sich um eine gemütliche und geräumige 3er WG. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Essküche, zwei Bäder und ein extra WC. Man kommt sich morgens also nicht in die Quere.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den Haltestellen Alte Feuerwache und Universitätsklinikum. Im Umkreis von 5 Minuten Fussweg sind 2 Pennymärkte, Rewe, Postbank, Sparkasse, Apotheke, 2 Bäckereien (Görtz und Grimminger) und alles was man sonst noch braucht. Die Gegend, vor allem die Straße, ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Sie überwiegend von Familien bewohnt ist, komische Gestalten trifft man also nicht.
