My current German level is not good enough to write everything in Deutsch so I'll just write it in English :p
The room is approximately 16 sqm large and has east facing windows for nice morning sun and you will have some beautiful flowers just outside your windows :) The room comes with a wardrobe and a study/work table from IKEA (no extra cost) and there's also a kellar avaible for storing unwanted/additional stuff.
The room is available immediately but the move-in date can be discussed and agreed of course. The apartment is well equipped (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher etc.) but the washing machine is a shared one in the basement and it costs about 1 euro per wash. Apart from that, the rent includes all the utilities like electricity, gas, internet etc. Only the radio payment should be shared among us three.
The apartment is located in a quite neighborhood with a lot of birds flying around and the supermarkets Rewe, Penny and Kaufland are accessible in just 5mins of walk. The public transport is also very easy to access with a bus stop just by the street and you can reach the tram stops Alter Feurwache and Carl-Benz-Str in just a few minutes of walk
Your future roommates will be me Jaswanth (26 yrs) and Ronja (24 yrs). I am from India and came to Germany in the summer of 2016 to study my Masters in Applied Mathematics in Koblenz. I eventually got a job here and moved to Mannheim for work in Oct, 2019. In my free time, I learn acoustic guitar, play badminton, go for casual bike rides, do some stargazing, listen to music, watch movies and would like to have some deep conversations.
Ronja moved-in in April and she just finished her exam to be a doctor and now will do her Doctoral thesis. She is also sporty and often goes for a run and bike rides.
We are very relaxed and often share things, have some cooking/drinking evenings together just us two or with friends in the balcony or by the river and we would be glad if you could join us on such evenings and have a good time with some interesting conversations and jokes. We are also not very strict about cleaning and don't have a schedule for it but we clean whenever we feel it needs to be cleaned and like to maintain the common areas in a tidy condition.
The balcony for the house is a good one but it's only accessible from my room. But, I'm quite happy to keep my door open and share the balcony :)
