Hey Zusammen! Meine Mitbewohnerin verlässt leider die Stadt, somit wird ihr Zimmer frei. Es ist ca. 18 m² groß. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss (einzige Wohnung auf der Etage, keine Nachbarn ;) ) und hat ca. 80 m², eine Einbauküche und ein Duschbad (renoviert). Die Waschmaschine, die letzte Woche neu gekauft wurde, bleibt in der Wohnung, für die meine Mitbewohnerin eine Ablöse haben möchte.
Auf Wunsch bleiben ein Schreibtisch und ein Expeditregal für 20 € im Zimmer.
Mitten in der Neckarstadt-West, an der Mittelstraße gelegen. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, von der die Linie 2 fährt. Das Haus hat im Erdgeschoss eine Bäckerei und einen türkischen Supermarkt, zur Alten Feuerwache läuft man ungefähr 8 Minuten. Ca. 5 Gehminuten oder eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt liegt ein Pennymarkt, 10 Gehminuten entfernt Kaufland und Lidl. Trotz zentraler Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof.
Die Wohnung ist weder eine Party-WG noch Zweck-WG.
Gesucht werden ausschließlich Studenten, so will es die Vermieterin.
Gemeinsame Koch-, Wein- oder Filmabende sind ausdrücklich erwünscht.
Ich bin 27 und Studentin im 4. Semester.
