Ich suche im angegebenen Zeitraum einen Untermieter, da ich duale Studentin bin und in der Zeit in Bayern die Praxisphase absolviere.
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit hohen Decken und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat große Fenster und man hat eine tolle Aussicht über den Alten Messplatz.
Alle Möbelstücke außer der Fernseher bleiben im Zimmer.
WLAN ist auch vorhanden.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Einmal über die Kurpfalzbrücke und man ist mitten in der Innenstadt. (zu Fuß ca. 10 min) Direkt vor dem Haus befinden sich die Bahnstation Alte Feuerwache und die Neckarpromenade. (zu Fuß ca. 2 min) In den umliegenden Straßen gibt es außerdem zahlreiche Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés.
Ich wohne hier mit 3 weiteren Mädels, die das gleiche Duale Studium absolvieren. Daher wird die WG während dem Zeitraum komplett neu belegt.
