Das helle und freundliche Zimmer gehört zu einer zweier WG und wird zum 1.11.2020 frei. Es hat einen Balkon, der sich in den Innenhof erstreckt. Der Boden ist gefließt, die Wände sind weiß gestrichen (bis auf eine Wand, die aber noch gestrichen werden kann). Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert überlassen. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Herdplatte, Backofen und Kochmöglichkeiten. Auch das Gemeinschaftsbad ist ausgestattet mit einer Dusche, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Internet teile ich mit meinem Mitbewohner. Der Warmmietpreis enthält alle Kosten und beträgt 360 Euro, die Kaution 500 Euro.

Die Wohnung liegt in Neckarstadtwest (Stockhornstraße 41) und ist 5 Minuten von Bahnhof Neckstarstadtwest, von der gleichnamigen Bushaltestelle und von der Straßenbahn Neuer-Meßplatz entfernt. Geschäfte wie Penny, Lidl, Aldi und Kaufland sind in füßläufiger Nähe. Man ist schnell in mit der Bahn in die Innenstadt gefahren (ca. 10 Minuten). Der Neckar ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
It is located at Stockhornstr. 41. It is 5 minutes walk from the nearest tram station Neuer-Messplatz. Grocery stores like Penny, Lidl, Aldi and Kauffland are at a walkable distance from here. There are also a lot of cafes, pubs and nice eat-outs at a walkable distance. The Neckar River is just a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes away from here and is a nice place to go out for long walks.
Mein Mitbewohner ist sehr freundlich und offen. Er arbeitet Vollzeit und studiert nebenher, daher kommt er oft erst spät nach Hause. Er ist aber immer angenehm ruhig in der WG, sodass man sich voll auf sein Studium konzentrieren kann. :)
Die Wohnung erfordert keine Bürgschaft der Eltern. Mir ist es wichtig, dass der 1.11.2020 auch als Einzugstermin eingehalten wird.
