Da ich ausziehe, ist mein Zimmer ab dem 15.06.23 frei. Ich werde den Schrank und den Schreibtisch hinterlassen, die übernommen werden müssen. Der Ablöse umfasst die Möbel, die ich zurücklasse, die Waschmaschine und auch die Küchenmöbel (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Gefrierschrank, Herd und Backofen). Das Gebäude hat einen Innenhof, in dem du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst.
Die Warmmiete ist 350€.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! Dir stehen 3 Straßenbahnhaltestelle zur Verfügung (Alte Feuerwache, Universitätsklinikum und Schafweide). Außerdem hast du eine große Einkaufsmöglichkeit da alle Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe sind; Rewe, Lidl und Edeka sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber vor dem Gebäude gibt es einen Penny. Der Neckar ist auch sehr nah, den kannst du im Sommertage genießen ;)
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Alessia und Cecil. Sie sind freundliche und nette Menschen, mit denen man sich beim Kochen oder sogar bei einem gemeinsamen Weinabend gut unterhalten kann. Wenn du aber deine Ruhe brauchst, sind sie natürlich sehr verständnisvoll.
Alessia studiert MMM an der Universität Mannheim und Cecil macht eine Ausbildung zum Erzieher in einem Kindergarten.

Hi everyone,
Because I’m moving out, my room will be free beginning the 15.06.23. I will be leaving the closet and desk which need to be taken over. The Ablösevereinbarung includes the furniture that i’ll be leaving + washing machine + the kitchen furniture as well (refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, stove and oven). The building has a Innenhof where you can park your bicicle.
The total monthly rent is 350€.
The location of the apartment is mega! You have 3 train stops at hand (Alte Feuerwache, Universitätsklinikum and Schafweide). Also you have all the supermarkets really near in the neighborhood; Rewe, Lidl and Edeka are just 10 mins walking but in front of the building there’s a Penny. You also have the Neckar river near to enjoy during the summer days.
Your future roomies are Alessia and Cecil. They are friendly and nice people who you can talk to easily while cooking or even have a wine night together. Naturally, if you need your space, they are very understanding and will give it to you.
Alessia studies MMM at the Mannheim University and Cecil is doing a practice at a kindergarten.
