Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG (Dachgeschoss)und hat insgesamt 5 Zimmer: 4 WG-Zimmer und eine gemeinschaftliche Küche. Dazu kommt ein Bad mit Badewanne. Ich würde das Bett da lassen und den Spiegel.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ,,Neuer Meßplatz" ist nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und Bushaltestelle ,,Neckerstadt-West“ nur 5 Minute. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, z. B. Penny und Rewe to go.
Aktuell sind noch zwei Mietbewohner da, Eyad und Stanislas. Beide studieren und sind sehr nette und gepflegte Jungs. Wir haben ab und zu einen Kochabend gemacht und zusammen gegessen.
In der 410€ sind auch die Nebenkosten enthalten. Es sind gerade zwei Zimmer frei. Der Mietvertrag würde ein Jahr laufen und kurz vor Ende, schickt der Vermieter immer einen Verlängerungsvertrag und wenn du bleiben willst, unterschreibst du einfach und schickst es an dem Vermieter zurück.
