Hey,

das Zimmer ist möbiliert mit Bett, 1 Stuhl, 1 Klappstuhl, Tisch, 2 Schränke, 1 offener Schrank und es besitzt eine Küchenzeile und einen Kühlschrank. Zudem bleibt ein Teppich drin, es gibt Kleiderhacken, Mülleimer, Küchenequipment/-utensilien und eine Mehrfachsteckdose. (die braucht man hier)
Es hat 14qm aber für eine Person vollkommen ausreichend und man teilt sich nur ein Bad mit paar weiteren Mitbewohnern. Das Zimmer selbst grenzt an kein Weiteres an. Zudem hat man die Möglichkeit entweder im Keller oder im Bad die Waschmaschinen gegen Münzeinwurf zu nutzen.

Bis zum Bus (Max-Joseph-Straße) benötigt man ca. 5 Minuten, damit kommt man z.B. fast direkt zur Käfertal Außenstelle. Zudem benötigt man fast genauso lang zur Carl-Benz-Straße (U-Bahn) oder ca. 10 Minuten zur Alten Feuerwache und von dort aus kommt man innerhalb 5 Minuten rum in die Stadt. Es hat hier mehrere Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sowie einen Netto, Rewe und Lidl (keine 5 Minuten entfernt).

Zum WG-Leben kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich die anderen noch nicht so oft angetroffen habe. Es handelt sich hier um eine passive WG und man begegnet sich nicht zu oft.
