nachdem mir der potentielle Nachmieter unglücklicherweise abgesprungen ist, ist diese Anzeige wieder online:
ich suche zum 01.08. (evtl. auch etwas früher)
einen Nachmieter für ein WG-Zimmer in der Neckarstadt.
Die 3 Zimmer Wohnung wird momentan von 3 Studenten bewohnt und hat eine mittelgroße Wohnküche mit Geschirrspül- und Waschmaschine. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne.
Das Zimmer ist knapp 20qm groß, hat schönes Parkett und einen Heizkörper. Mit Internet, Strom und NK kostet das Zimmer 218,-.
Es gibt keine Kaution, aber eine Ablöse (200,-) für die Küche ist gewünscht. Die Hausverwaltung ist recht unkompliziert und das Wohnumfeld ist nett. Man ist innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten im Zentrum, Lidl, Penny etc. sind direkt um die Ecke genauso wie die Neckarwiese, die direkt vor der Haustür ist.
Gesucht wird ein netter, unkomplizierter Nachmieter, der in die Gemeinschaft passt.
