Da meine Mitbewohnerin demnächst ihr Studium beendet, suche ich (24, MAKuWi-Studentin) ab August oder September eine nette Nachmieterin, die Interesse an einem ruhigen und unkomplizierten Zusammenleben hat. :)
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß, sehr hell und hat hohe Decken. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock und hat 2 Zimmer, eine gemütliche Wohnküche (Herd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine) sowie ein Bad mit Fenster.
Direkt vor der Haustüre ist die Haltestelle „Schafweide“ (Linie 4) – von dort aus sind es 15min bis zur Uni und zum Hauptbahnhof. Auch mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 5-10min in der Innenstadt. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Penny-Markt und ein Bäcker ist gleich nebenan.
