We have one room to offer in a student flatshare.
The room is fairly big, with a very high ceiling (3,5m) and 2 large windows that let in a lot of light during the day. The flooring has been redone recently.
The room is completely furnished with a bed (90x200), desk, wardrobe, shelf.
The flat is composed of 3 sleeping rooms and one big common room with american kitchen + bathroom. We have fast internet, a PS4, apple tv and all that kind of stuff. The kitchen has 2 fridges, a brand new oven + 4 heating plates and a dishwasher. The common room has a bar and is perfect for parties.
The rent comprises all expenses, Including a weekly cleaning and laundry service for the whole apartment which comes in very handy to be honest.
The flat is not in the center of Neckarstadt but on the border, close to the main tram stop and a lot of shops. From there on, it takes about 10 minutes to university. In less than 2 minutes walking distance there are multiple supermarkets, a bakery, and alot of Döner restaurants.
Die Wohnung liegt NICHT im Herzen der Neckarstadt - West sondern direkt an der Alten Feuerwache,einem kulturellen Zentrum Mannheims. Dort können die Linien 1,2,3,4 erreicht werden. In direkter Umgebung finden sich alle nötigen Lebensmittelläden ( Netto, Lidl, Bäckerei, Döner) eine Waschküche ( 50 m Fußweg) sowie eine Apotheke. Desweiteren ist man mit der S-Bahn in 3 Min in der Innenstadt, und in 7 Min entweder an dem Uniteil Schloss, oder A5. Das Theresien-Klinikum befindet sich auch in der Nähe ( für Medizin Studenten).
Die Wohnung liegt an keiner Hauptstraße, sodass es angenehm ruhig ist.
Das ganze Haus besteht aus Wohngemeinschaften ,größtenteils Studenten.
A law student is going to be living with you, the second room will be available for rent as well because two of us are going on exchange for the next semester.
Mit dir zusammen wird ein Jura Studen leben und, das andere Zimmer steht ebenfalls zur Miete frei, da zwei von uns ins Auslanssemester gehen werden.
Das WG Leben war zwischen uns immer eher familiär, jeder kann mit jedem und man sitz meisten gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer zusammen. Wer lediglich eine Schlafmöglichkeit sucht ist hier leider falsch.
Heraussticht hier vor allem das große Wohnzimmer mit Theke , in dem man entweder schön kleinere Partys schmeißen kann, sich zusammen setzen kann, oder eben einfach nur kocht.
