Das Zimmer (16 qm) hat einen kleinen Balkon.
Vorhandene Möbel: ein kleines 2-Sitzer Sofa, ein Couchtisch und 2 kleine Regale.
- Muss aber nicht im Zimmer bleiben, lässt sich zur Not auch anders lösen.
ca. 2 min Fußweg zur Bahn in alle Richtungen und ca 10 min Fußweg bis in die Stadt.
Hallo zusammen!
Wir, zwei musizierende Steinmetze, suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Zu dem Zimmer haben wir noch ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer und eine etwas größere Küche, in der man auch gut sitzen und sich aufhalten kann. Wir unternehmen relativ viel zusammen, was weggehen und den eigentlichen WG-Aufenthalt betrifft (Essen, zocken, Musik machen, etc.). Geraucht wird entweder im Wohnzimmer (im Winter), oder auf dem Balkon.
