Duch suchst ein Zimmer für den Sommer? Du hast bereits tausend Dinge um die Ohren und suchst etwas Unkompliziertes? Dann bist du hier genau richtig! Mit dem Koffer ankommen und schon fertig eingezogen! Ich vermiete mein komplett möbiliertes Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Am Steingarten 14 von Ende Juli bis Ende August (falls du nur den August einziehen willst ist das auch OK).
Das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht: Bett mit großem Bettkasten für Stauraum, Regal, Schreibtisch, Schreibtisch-Stuhl, Schrank und einen weiteren Stuhl. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster mit Aussicht auf eine grüne Wiese auf der Hasen herumtollen. Sehr idyllisch und ruhig.
Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten, aber es kann auch ein Tiefgaragenplatz für 25€/Monat angemietet werden. Ein Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden.
Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit 2 Herdplatten, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche, einem Waschbecken und WG ausgestattet.
Das Wohnheim ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Gerade im Sommer in den Semesterferien ist es extrem ruhig. Meine Mitbewohnerin wird den ganzen Sommer über auch nicht da sein, daher habt ihr das Bad und die kleine Küche komplett für euch alleine!
Der Mietpreis ist ein Fixpreis - alle Nebenkosten, Internet etc. sind schon dabei. Man muss sich also um nichts mehr kümmern. Waschmaschinen/Trockner stehen gegen ein Entgelt im Waschraum zur Verfügung. Nur eine Kaution von einer Monatsmiete muss im Voraus bezahlt werden.

You are looking for a room in Mannheim during the summer? You already have a thousand things in your head and want something uncomplicated? Then you are right here! I am renting out my room in the student dorm Am Steingarten 14 from end of July to end of August. You can come with your suitcase and you are already fully moved in - all furniture is available! The room is equipped with a bed, desk, chairs and cupboards/closet. The room has a big window in the direction of a green lawn/nature with bunnies hopping around.
There is good parking opportunities, but you can also optionally rent a garage for 25€/month. Or bring your bicycle - there is a bicycle storage area.
There is a small kitchen for occassional cooking, equipped with two hot plates and a fridge with a small freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
The price includes EVERYTHING: water, electricity, internet... you don't need to take care of anything - it is easy! Wahsing machines / driers are available in the common area for a small fee. Only one month rent needs to be paid in advance for a deposit (you will be refunded the money!).
Das Wohnheim liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe: Zum Kaufland sind es nur wenige Geh-Minuten, einen Bäcker, einen kleineren Lebensmittelladen, Döner/Pizza, eine Apotheke sind direkt ums Eck.
Wenn du gerne feiern gehst: Nur circa 10-15 Geh-Minuten zur Alten Feuerwache, DEM Kultur- & Partyzentrum in Mannheim. Und auch zum beliebten Kneipenviertel Jungbusch hast du es nicht weit.
Du möchtest in die Innenstadt zum Shoppen? Die Buslinie 60 fährt alle 20 Minuten(circa 3-5 Minuten Gehzeit). Zur Tram sind es circa 10 Minuten Fußweg.
Praktisch für den Sommer: Im schönen Herzogenriedpark gleich in der Nähe befindet sich Freibad! Falls du gerne Sport machst oder joggen gehst gibt es außerdem eine tolle Strecke zum Neckar / am Neckar entlang.

The dormintory is in a calm area. All things that you need in your daily life are very close: The big supermarket Kaufland is just a few minutes walking. And right around the corner, you can find a small grocery store, a pharmacy, a bakery, a pizza-Döner booth and some more things.
You like to party? No problem, the "Alte Feuerwache" and the popular bar quarter "Jungbusch" are not far away.
You like to go to the city center for shopping? The bus line 60 goes every 20 minutes directly from the main street by the house (about 3-5 minutes walking). It takes about 10-15 Minutes to go by bus to the city center.
To go to the tram, you have to walk around 10 minutes.
Practical for the summer: In the very nice park "Herzogenriedpark" just around the corner, you can find the outdoor swimming pool! If you like jogging or sports, there is a wonderful jogging trail along the river Neckar not far away!
Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt. Da meine Mitbewoherin aber zum 01. August auszieht, weiß ich nicht, ob noch eine andere Person reinkommt oder ob ihr im August alleine seid (das entscheidet das Studentenwerk).
