Hi there,
my roommate Cara and I are looking for a foreign male student for our apartment. The room we offer has 14qm and is fully furnished. Additionally, our flat has a bathroom, a long hallway, our two rooms and a big kitchen, where we often spent time together - cooking, having some drinks or just for a little chat.
The total cost is 300€ per month for the room including everything. You also have to pay a security deposit of 300 €, which will be given back to you as soon as you move out. The room is offered for this fall/winter semester, so you can stay from the start until the end of your exam period.
If you are spontaneous, open-minded, social and interested in the world and meeting new people, you should send as a short message and we will get back to you.
Our flat is located in Neckarstadt Ost right next to the university hospital - it takes 10min by bike or train to Mannheim's city centre and the main train station. Supermarkets are in walking distance. The next tram station is just 200 m away.
To get around it is the recommended to buy a second hand bike, since distances are short. But since we have been living here for a long time, we can help you with getting to know the area.
In Neckarstadt Ost there are quite a few lovely cafes and restaurants. The coolest clubs in town are just a few minutes away by bike. We live very close to the centre, but it is still quiet and cosy around our apartment. From your room you can look straight at the Neckar river, which offers great running courses and barbecue areas.
Cara and I, Anna, are both students. We're two open-minded and funny Girls, looking for an adventurous, good-humored and clean flatmate. Since we are both female, we are looking for an foreign male student to spice up our flat life :-)
We love hanging out in the kitchen, talking and cooking. But we are also up for exploring Mannheim and of course some partying. In general, we are up for anything and can also give some advice and where to go and what to do.
The good thing about our flat is that we spend time together, but there is also privacy if you need it for studying etc.
