Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer ruhigen 2er WG in der Neckarstadt.
Wir haben eine wunderschöne, neue, voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche.
Mein Zimmer übergebe ich samt Bett, großem Kleiderschrank, Bücherregalen, einem Sessel, einem Sitzsack, Hockern etc.
Es ist viel Raum, das Zimmer ist hell und sehr ruhig, da das Fenster in den Innenhof zeigt.
Die Anbindung an die Stadt ist perfekt: In drei Minuten Laufnähe befindet sich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Carl Benz Straße, wo die 1 und die 3 in die Stadt fahren. In nur 7min ist man am Paradeplatz. Obwohl die Wohnung nicht in den Quadraten liegt, fühlt man sich nie abseits. Die Max Joseph Straße, wohl schönste Allee Mannheims führt von der Wohnung zum Alten Messplatz, und die Innenstadt ist nur die Kurpfalzbrücke entfernt. Auch nachts nach Hause laufen funktioniert gut, die Straßen in der Umgebung sind gut beleuchtet und der Weg ist nicht all zu weit.
Ich werde ab dem 20.06 anfangen, in Berlin zu arbeiten und werde dann für mein Auslandssemester in Barcelona verweilen. Die Untermiete läuft über mich und ich organisiere alle administratorischen Angelegenheiten.
In der Wohnung (im zweiten Zimmer) wohnt in dieser Zeit ein ruhiger, netter DHBW Student. Da wir bereits seit 2 Jahren zufrieden in der Wohnung leben kennt er sich bestens mit allem aus und hilft gerne bei Fragen weiter.

I am offering my nice, quiet room in a shared 2-room for rent. I will be working in Berlin as of the 20th of June and coming back from my exchange semester in Barcelona in early January of 2017. If you are an exchange student in Mannheim, this would offer you the perfect time to travel the country, get used to Mannheim and stay in my room till after Christmas.
The flat has two rooms, a beautiful, new kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. My room will be furnished with a bed, a big closet, book shelves, a couch chair etc.
The room a spacious and very sunny.
Just three walking minutes away, there is a tram station (1,3). The trains will get you to Paradeplatz in 7 minutes. You can also walk down the beautiful Max Joseph Straße down to the Alter Messplatz/Alte Feuerwache and take trams 1, 2, 3 and 4 from there, walking time: 5min.
The Neckarstadt is really close to the city, it is just one bridge and one street away. You will always be flexible and won't need more than 15min to get to university.
All payments and organizational tasks will follow through me, you won't need to take care of anything. My flat-mate is studying at the dual university of applied sciences and is very quiet and nice. He will be there if you need anything or have any questions.
