Bisher wohnen noch zwei Studenten in dem Zimmer. Es soll aber eine WG mit zwei Frauen und einem Mann werden.
In dem "Grünen Zimmer" ist eine Bettcoach vorhanden. Der schöne Bauernschrank bietet genug Platz für deine Kleider. Im Moment steht sogar noch ein Zusatzschrank im Zimmer. Im Keller kannst du deinen Koffer lagern oder Zeug, das du im Moment nicht brauchst. Weiterhin die übliche Einrichtung: Stühle, Sideboard, Tisch, Lampen etc.
There is a bed couch in the "Green Room". The beautiful farmers cupboard offers enough space for your clothes. At the moment there is even an additional cupboard in the room. In the basement you can store your suitcase or stuff that you don't need at the moment. Furthermore the usual furnishings: chairs, sideboard, table, lamps etc.
Die Wohnung ist 92qm groß, sehr hell, hat eine große Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, ein kleines Bad mit Wanne, die Toilette ist separat. Die Flure sind lang, daher hat der Vermieter eine Wand entfernt und damit die Küche vergrößert. Sie dient uns als Zentralraum, wo wir auch manchmal einen Schwatz abhalten. Ich habe den Flur mit diversen Gemälden und Bildern verschönert.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Neckarstadt direkt im Gebiet Neumarkt. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind vorhanden, manchmal muss man aber ums Quartier fahren, um einen Parkplatz zu erwischen. Gute fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zwei Fußminuten über dem Neumarkt befindet sich die Straßenbahn, die zum Paradeplatz fährt- also direkt ins Zentrum. Sie fährt alle 10 - 15 Minuten. Ich habe ein Fahrrad im Hof stehen. Das könntest du benutzen. Ich muss es aber erst auf Vordermann bringen.
The apartment is located in the Neckarstadt in the Neumarkt area. Free parking spaces are available, but sometimes you have to drive around the area to find a parking space. Good shopping opportunities within walking distance. A two-minute walk above Neumarkt is the tram that goes to Paradeplatz - that is, straight to the center. It runs every 10-15 minutes. I have a bicycle in the yard. You could use that. But I have to whip it up first.
