Das Zimmer findet sich in einem Gebäude, das in einer ruhigen Lage ist. Es handelt sich nämlich um eine WG und das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und schön ausgerichtet. Es ist sauber, eine Putzfrau kommt dreimal in der Woche um den Flur zu reinigen.
Die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind leicht zu erreichen, und zwar 3 min zur Bushaltestelle und ungefähr 8min bis Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Es ist 10 min vom Zentrum entfernt und nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Kaufland,Penny,Lidl,Netto,Aldi).
In der WG wohnen auch andere Studenten. Sie sind freundlich und nett. Der Flur ist immer ruhig.
Es gibt außerdem einen Wäscheraum, der mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern ausgestattet ist. Daneben stellt zur Verfügung eine Fahrradablage und auch einen Partyraum.
