Hallo,
ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 23.04. bis zum 1. Juni. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und besitzt alles was es braucht, Bett, Kleiderregal, Werkbank, Nachttischlampe, Schreibtisch....
Es ist weis gestichen, hat nen Dielenfußboden und 2 Fenster. Auf Anfrage schicke ich auch ein Bild. Bisher haben alle meine Gäste dort gut geschlafen :)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Neckarstadt-West und alles was es braucht ist in der Nähe.
Mein Mitbewohner ist offen, kommunikativ und zu allem zu haben, musst dir halt die passenden argumente ausdenken;) Am WE ist er meist nicht da.
Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht am 15. Mai aus und ist die meiste Zeit unterwegs bzw hat lange Tage.
Im Prinzip hast Du hier ne ruhige Bude und kannst oft die Musik aufdrehen.
Der oder die Neue Person steht noch nicht fest, wir sind aber dabei.
Ich würde die Details am liebsten am Telefon klären und wenn ihr Fragen habt gerne anrufen, ist einfacher..
