Da ich für ein Semester ins Ausland gehe, suche ich für den Zeitraum von Januar bis August oder September eine Person zur Zwischenmiete, Nur für Januar ist zudem das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin erhältlich.

Hey there!
Since I am going to spend a semester abroad, I am looking for someone to rent my room for that period from January to August.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Schrank, Bett (1,60m), Kleiderständer, Lampe, eine kleines Regal, sowie Schreibtisch und Stuhl und ein großer Fernseher, den du selbstverständlich benutzen darfst.
Die WG selbst besteht natürlich noch aus einem Bad, großer Küche und dem Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin. Die Küche besitzt Mikrowelle, Spül-/ & Waschmaschine, Stabmixer, und sonst alles, was du brauchst. Du darfst aber auch gerne selbst noch etwas mitbringen, falls doch noch was fehlen sollte. ;)

The room is provided with the following furniture: a bed (1,60m), a wardrobe, a desk plus chair, a lamp, a small drawer, clothes rail and a Big TV which you can use.
Besides two rooms (yours and your roommates), the flat also has a bathroom and a big kitchen. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher in the flat, which is a big benefit! You can get some more impressions from the pictures.
Mit der Bahn sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Direkt vor der Nase hast du einen Penny und die Bahnhaltestelle "Neuer Meßplatz". Außerdem hat man mit dem Finden von Parkplätzen kein Problem.

It takes about 5 minutes to Mannheim city center by Tram. The tram station " Neuer Meßplatz" is really close (2 minutes). It is also no problem to find supermarkets and parking spots nearby.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist Sophie, die an der Uni Mannheim Soziologie studiert. Sie ist ein sehr geselliger und offener Mensch und ihr werdet bestimmt prima miteinander auskommen.

Your roommate will be Sophie (21) who is a student at the University of Mannheim. She studies Sociology, she is a super communicative and nice Person.
Wenn du Fragen hast kannst du dich gerne bei meiner Mitbewohnerin melden. Über sie findet auch der Kontakt und die Terminvergabe statt :) Im Preis sind Nebenkosten von 30€ für Internet und Strom mit inbegriffen.
Zusätzlich können Kosten für die GEZ i.H.v. 17,50 € hinzukommen, wenn du kein BAföG erhältst.
Außerdem gibt es eine Kaution von 500€, die du wieder bei deinem Auszug bekommst, wenn alles heil geblieben ist.
Wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst, schreibe doch in deiner Anfrage etwas über dich, sodass wir schon mal einen kleinen Eindruck von dir haben.

The price includes additional costs for internet and electricity. Also, there is a fee for TV and radio in the amount of 17,50 € per month.
You would have to pay a deposit of 500 EUR, which you will get back at the end of your stay, if you didn't cause any damage. ;)
