Weil ich für ein Praktikum nach Berlin gehe, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in der Neckarstadt für den Zeitraum. Du wohnst in der Zeit mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Annabel, 24. Sie ist sehr nett und kann dir helfen, wenn du irgendwelche Probleme hast.
Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon, einen Kickertisch und Doppelbett. Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. sind vorhanden. In der Küche gibt es eine große Couch, TV und Playstation, falls Bedarf besteht.
Straßenbahnen 1,2,3&4 sind fußläufig in nicht mal 500m Nähe zu erreichen. Die Uni ist von dort in 10, das Zentrum sogar in noch weniger Minuten erreichbar. Die beliebte Neckarwiese und diverse Restaurants/Biergarten am Messplatz sind in direkter Nähe.

I'm going for an internship to Berlin, which is why I am looking for someone to inhabit my room. You'll be living with my flatmate Annabel. She is very friendly and can help you in case of any problems. My room a small balcony, desk, football-table and a nice big bed. You'll find a tv and a couch in our unique kitchen. Tram can be reached within 3 minutes (1,2,3 &4). From there it takes 10 minutes to the university, even less to the city centre.
Straßenbahnen 1,2,3&4 sind in ca. 500m erreichbar. Von dort sind es bis zum Zentrum 5 Minuten, bis zur Uni 10.
Die Neckarwiese ist ca. 500m entfernt. Dort kann man sonnige Tage verbringen und Grillen. Einige Restaurants & ein Biergarten befinden sich am direkt in der Nähe gelegenen Messplatz..
