Fully furnished WG with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room is on the ground floor with great view on the yard where bunnies can be seen :)
The room has wi-fi, bed, two mattresses, shelves, wardrobe, table, two soft chairs, night table and a lot of pillows :) Clean bed linens and towels will also be included.

Das Zimmer hat Wi-Fi, Bett, zwei Matratzen, Regale, Kleiderschrank, Tisch, zwei weiche Stühle, Nachttisch und viele Kissen :) Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden ebenfalls mitgeliefert.
Bus stop Gesamtschule Herzogenried is 4-5 minutes away from the WG. Right next to the bus stop there is a VRN Nextbike station with 8 bikes which are for rent. You can rent bikes for 30 minutes for free, which is just enough to get to the city center or train station. Moreover, tram stop Herzogenriedstraße is 10 minutes away.

Bushaltestelle Gesamtschule Herzogenried ist 4-5 Minuten von der WG entfernt. Direkt neben der Bushaltestelle befindet sich eine VRN Nextbike Station mit 8 Fahrrädern, die zu mieten sind. Sie können Fahrräder für 30 Minuten kostenlos mieten, was gerade genug ist, um ins Stadtzentrum oder Bahnhof zu gelangen. Außerdem ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Herzogenriedstraße 10 Minuten entfernt.
The WG is mostly occupied with single rooms and kitchens and bathrooms that are shared by the entire floor. However, this room is in a block with only two tenants and a common kitchen+bathroom. The kitchen is quite spacious, around 10 sq.m. It has a fridge, table, 2 chairs, cupboard, vent and sink.

Die WG ist meistens mit Einzelzimmern und Küchen und Bädern beschäftigt, die von der ganzen Etage geteilt werden. Allerdings ist dieses Zimmer in einem Block mit nur zwei Mietern und eine gemeinsame Küche + Bad. Die Küche ist recht geräumig, ca. 10 qm Es hat einen Kühlschrank, Tisch, 2 Stühle, Schrank, Entlüftung und Waschbecken.
